CUSTOM from €4,050 ex-VAT

Projects that do not fit a package — and often more than a website: a customer portal, a booking system, an API and integration with your internal systems (ERP/CRM), process automation, three or more languages, large catalogues. The price is individual (contractual), based on the scope of the work.

The package price assumes complete materials delivered before the build starts and feedback handed over as consolidated lists within the agreed number of rounds.

A further language version means support for indexing and search in that language, and data — numbers, currencies and dates — presented in its format. Standard localisation of the content is part of the service. A specialist or certified translation by a native translator is not included in the price; if you want one, you arrange it yourself and we supply the Czech texts for it.

How a project runs

Order

We agree on the scope and confirm a fixed price. After ordering, you pay the first half of the price.

Materials

You send us your texts, logos and photos — in one batch, so we never have to circle back. The build starts once the materials are complete.

Build

We build the site at a test address where you can see it the whole time. Nothing happens behind closed doors.

Feedback

Depending on the package, two to four rounds of feedback are included. One round = one consolidated list of changes — that keeps the project moving fast.

Launch

You approve the site, pay the second half of the price, and we launch it on your domain. If you want, we can carry on from there — looking after the site on a monthly retainer.

So a project never stalls: we need the materials complete before the build starts. After a longer delay on the client side, we resume according to our current capacity.

Hosting and domain

Running the site in the cloud, plus registering and renewing the domain. The domain is always registered to you.

SSL certificate

The padlock in the browser, renewed automatically.

Monitoring

We watch availability automatically and deal with problems during business hours. We do not promise a guaranteed response time — but we usually know about an outage before you do.

Backups and earlier versions

For as long as the retainer runs we keep every released version of the site, so an earlier one can be restored at any time. If something goes wrong, it is not a long way back.

Small edits

Up to 30 minutes of work per month: a price change, opening hours, swapping a photo, fixing a typo — usually within 24 hours. Unused time does not roll over to the next month.

Keeping the site aligned with what browsers and search engines currently expect.

The retainer is the same for every package and starts at handover. There are no other mandatory payments. You are not paying for thirty minutes of work — you are paying not to have to think about the site, and to have someone to write to when something is needed.

Speed measured and documented

At handover we measure the site with Google PageSpeed Insights — mobile and desktop, a specific address, a date — and you get the report in writing. We aim for 90+ points in every category it reports, and anything dragging the score down on our side we fix free of charge within 14 days of handover. The number itself is a measurement, not a promise: it is also shaped by the content supplied, third-party services and whatever Google is currently changing in the tool.

On business days we reply within 48 hours. Usually sooner.

We verify the contact form at handover by delivering to your real inbox.

The site runs even after we part ways

At any time you get the finished site and data and can leave. No penalties, no stalling. Just note that on third-party hosting you will need to hook up your own form handling (email sending) — that service is part of our operation.

What we guarantee, what we do not, and who is responsible for what — it is all in the terms of business: Terms of business.

What you will not get from us

We would rather say it up front than have you find out halfway through.

An e-shop of our own

We do not write online stores with stock, orders and a payment gateway — our approach is the wrong tool for that and we will refer you elsewhere. Connecting to a shop you already have is another matter: we can show its products, prices and availability on the site. That is always bespoke work rather than part of a package, with the scope and the price agreed in advance.

A site you rewrite entirely yourself

Small edits are ours to make — you send an email; up to 30 minutes of work a month, usually done within 24 hours, included in the retainer. A CMS where you edit content yourself is something we do not offer — and do not want to. Caring for your website is our job … much like a garage looks after your car. You are better off focusing on your business.

A large multi-author blog

An occasional article is fine. An editorial system for a team publishing daily is a different discipline.

The source project and the tools we build with

The price covers the finished site: files you upload to any hosting and they work. It does not cover the source project or the build system we assemble it with — that is developed continuously across every site we run, not handed over with one of them. In practice: the site is yours and will run anywhere, but developing it further is our side of the deal. On someone else’s hosting you also have to arrange the form handling — sending the mail and the bot protection — and any other interfaces the site calls; those run on our side as part of the service, not inside the files you download.

We are not the cheapest on the market — and do not want to be. Why? Because we do not reinvent the wheel, and we deliver complete solutions that make sense.

Frequent questions about price and process

How does payment work?

In two parts: you pay half the price when you order and the other half when the site launches. After handover there is only the monthly retainer of €55 ex-VAT — no other mandatory payments.

What materials will you need?

Texts, logos and photographs — delivered in one batch before the build starts. The texts do not need to be perfect; proofreading of supplied copy is included in the STANDARD and PROFI packages. Whatever is missing we can add as an extra: photography or copywriting. You supply your own logo, ideally as a vector file (SVG).

What does a “round of feedback” mean?

One consolidated list of requested changes to the version of the site we present. The number of rounds depends on the package: two in START, three in STANDARD, four in PROFI, and by agreement for custom builds. An additional round of feedback can be added for €145 ex-VAT.

What if delivering the materials takes us longer?

No problem — we pause the project and the completion date shifts. Just note that after a longer delay we resume according to our current capacity, not necessarily right away.

What if we later want more pages or features?

The site is built to grow with you. We quote another sub-page or feature up front — smaller changes at the hourly rate, larger extensions as a separate stage.
